I’ve made a Hummus sandwhich. Here’s what I layered it with:
Toasted mini Bagette
Later I will add avocado to my own (I decided to make it optional because some people are allergic to it in my office and it’ll turn brown anyway)
I was inspired by the bagel I had while in San Francisco last weekend. I’m excited for people to try it. Let’s hope it’s a success!
