		<description>Im still waiting for the snow.&lt;br/&gt;But on the chocolate truffles I like to keep them simple, but sometimes I roll them in coconut - especially yummy with white choc or fine grated chocolate (I put plain 1s in white choc etc) But the best thing is a little bit of rum. Christmas woudnt be christmas without truffles and peppermint creams</description>
